For time-and-materials engagements we may invoice on a monthly or fortnightly basis. We will set out the exact payment schedule in your agreement before any work commences.

Cancellation and refunds

Cancellation of an engagement is governed by the terms of your written agreement. Where work is cancelled before completion, you agree to pay for all work performed and for any committed third-party costs up to the date of cancellation.
